2019 Indy 500 Spotters Guide Project
*Compliance by all IndyCar roster members is MANDATORY in order to participate in this years race. This means IndyCar roster members must make sure that any special paints are submitted by the deadline and that their screen captures have also been saved by the league's graphic arts team.

Details:
The league will once again create a custom Lionheart Spotters Guide for this years Indy 500. We will update last years template. The Spotters Guide will be made available as a custom 13x26" canvas print. It is also being made for the purposes of promoting the league and the race.
What we will be doing is hosting a handful of sessions which will take place during the 15 minute breaks between warm up races. We will need everyone's cooperation with this to make this a success.
The best part of this is that there is not much drivers will need to do in order to assist with this process.
Drivers will enter these sessions setup by Graaf. They will be listed under hosted sessions. Emails will go out announcing when these sessions will take place.
Drives will go to qualifying and then do nothing. Graaf will be able to take the screen grab and enter it into the template. In order for all pictures to be the same. Drivers mus make sure their wheels are straight when entering the qual session, do not throttle or move, just basically sit there at pit exit (where the sim places you)
Any questions please feel free to ask.
If drivers are using special one offs for the 500 please let Graaf know or make sure you have them loaded before entering the screen grab sessions.
The absolute deadline to have your paints done by is 6/20 otherwise your paint will be your current paint. We also ask that drivers do not change their paints without notifying Graaf after the deadline of 6/20.
We will have then 10 days to capture all the screen shots of all the drivers cars. The deadline for all screen captures is 7/1. Drivers who fail to show up for their screen captures will not be allowed to run this years Indy 500. This is a very simple ask. Drivers literally have to do nothing more than enter a session with their proper scheme and sit there while we grab a screen grab.
